You may not be able to be matched with a student, but you have a desire to participate in other ways.  Our goal is to provide our Mentors and Mentee’s with activities they can enjoy together. Cobb Mentoring Matters needs contributions to grow to continue to build the momentum.

The following is a list of items that we need to help support match relationships:

On-site Activity – A Mentor Corner in every school!

• Board games
• Arts and crafts supplies

Off-site Activity – For 3 events a year, an opportunity to participate in group activities

• Bowling tickets
• Museum tickets
• Sports games tickets
• Free lessons (outdoor activities, sports, etc.)
• T-Shirts for all our matches
• Availability to use event space
• We will plan summer group events for those matches rolling over into the next school year. These events will serve to cultivate their relationships until the new school year begins in the fall.

Special Events

• Sponsors of Annual End of the Year Event
• Sponsors of Back to School Event for Matches that remain matched into the school next year
• Event Locations, e.g art gallery, restaurant, cafe
